Christmas day 2016 was a dismal, windy day. I had nothing to do until the evening so I wandered down to the lake to see if there was anything interesting there.
I set up my camera and the "long" lens. There was a bit of haze along the horizon and I just "clicked" away. As I was processing a shot, I was a bit dismayed as there was a large spec of dirt in the upper left of the shot. So i zoomed in to see what it was. Low and behold it was an aircraft that had just departed Toronto Island airport. I had to leave this in the photo. (Dec 25, 2016)
