FIREPLACE

Now that I am starting to feel better.  It is time to get the camera out.  I recently read an article on the things you can do with an ultra wideangle lens.  I have the Nikon 10.5mm lens.

Tonight I thought I would do some wide angle shots.  Not too bad for a first effort...  This is my gas firplace juts after I turned it on, it is not up to full brightness yet. I was able to capture the flame detail on the "embers" turning orange.  The are still traces of the "gas" blue flames with some of the warm orange.  This shot was done right up against the protective glass of the firplace.
