Glass Insulator

I have noticed this "old" glass insulator hanging from an old shed for all of the years that I have been walking the beach pathway.  One day I will get the nerve to ask the property ower if I could snip it off.

It was bright and sunny today for a walk on the pathway, but a bit brisk with a north-west wind blowing.  As i was heading back from my jaunt, and having the camera with me for the first time on a walk. I was able to capture a number of interesting shots.  At the proper angle the insulator caught the direct rays of the sun.  With a bit of work with OnOne and the built in features of PS-CS5...I was able to produce this capture.
