Winter At Smokey Hollow

I had a few hours last week to get out after the snow fall, so I headed up to my favourite waterfalls.  All in all it was worth it.  I just about slide down the hill as I was not wearing the proper footwear, but I stop before I got too far.  The water and ice were a bluish green tinge and I tried to capture this when I processed the shot.  Used the 18mm - 70mm lenas with the ND8 filter to get the long exposure.

I hope there will be more opportunities during this winter to get more shot of this wonderful location as more of the water freezes over.  (January 2013)
