On Good Friday, after a visit with the family, I decided to shoot a few picture of this wonderful looking cloud formation over the west end of the lake. I could not find a spot on my route home but I did go to the Kerns Road lookout. The view was perfect for the shot. When I got home and started to process the shot, I decided that a black and white would be the best. I started to play around with some of the setting, but was having difficulty because of the cataracts that have developed in both of my eyes over the past few months. My left eye is the better one and if I close my right eye I can do the processing.
I decided to give the world a look at what I am seeing most of the time over the past few months. The upper shot is about as good as I can get with auto focus and the bottom one is about what I see through my right eye. Both will be corrected by the end of May.
