Last fall I submitted a photo of a tree with a large knot hole in it and a small branch of leaves growing close to my PhotoProject Group On Google+. It seemed to be a hit. Today I saw that this little Chickadee and it mate were working hard to enlarge the hole probably for a nest. This is one of the shots I captured out of about 300 shots that did NOT show the back end of the birds. I hope to follow the progress of the hard working "family" and to catch the young ones emerging (April 2013)
Added a second shot . This time little birdie was in a better position.
