I was looking for a photo op last week. The weather was terrible cloudy, cold and very windy. I ended up on the Hamilton Beach strip area, a place I visit frequently. As I pulled into the parking lot, my way was blocked by a line of Geese all facing into the wind and sitting in pairs. This was my photo op of the day. I stopped the car and carefully got out, using my 16mm - 85mm fully zoomed, I crept 10 feet at a time taking a shot at each stop on my way closer to the geese. Finally, I spooked the Geese and they started to move away. This is the last shot in the sequence. I processed the shot to give it a cold blustery look, and cropped the shot to emphasize the long row of geese. (December 2013)
